I normally don’t write reviews like this, but what I witnessed here needs to be said. The environment felt extremely unprofessional. Staff openly spoke negatively in another language about coworkers and situations right in front of customers and other employees, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful atmosphere. There were also visible arguments among staff which made the entire place feel disorganized and poorly managed. Most concerning, however, was the condition of the puppies. Several appeared dirty and not properly cared for. Puppies that were be sick, were kept isolated for long periods without fresh air or proper attention. Cages were not cleaned as often as they should have been, and the animals looked stressed and confined for extended hours. It was honestly heartbreaking to see. This is a large and overwhelming environment for young animals, and instead of feeling like a safe or nurturing place, it felt frightening and traumatic for them. Considering the extremely high and unreasonable prices being charged, the level of care and professionalism should be far better. I hope serious improvements are made to both staff conduct and, most importantly, the treatment and living conditions of the animals. Please don’t buy over bred sick puppies from here. They know what they’re doing and they just want to sell you the pup as fast as they can and not be liable for any illness or disease they may have, which will end up cleaning out your pockets, not theirs.

I had such a great experience getting my dog from Melissa! She gave me a really good price, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and the people she works with. She was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything so easy. My puppy is healthy, happy, and exactly what I was hoping for.
