(from Google)WE LOVE THIS PLACE. The brews are absolutely delicious, the food is incredible, every waiter/waitress we've had is always so nice, and we love the location/layout! Having the little turf game area was awesome for our grandkids. As someone who works in a brewery in OH, I'm not the biggest fans of kids running around lol in one lol. But it's kinda to the side so they can't get in the way of any of the staff, which I loved. Already can't wait for vacation next year to get back! Went once last year and twice this year, I'm sure we'll make it 3 next year! I did not get names, but our waiter/waitress working 7/15 at 6:30 and 7/19 at 8:45ish, both in the section beside the downstairs play area, were fantastic!
Went for appetizers and drinks after a day at the beach, all were great! Cheeses curds were crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The chips, salsa and queso were delish 😋 the tortilla chips were thin with the perfect crunch. The hummus was some of the best I've had. I suggest you try them all! The painkiller drink was really refreshing 🍹 the view was awesome!
Stayed in Treasure Island for a week and walked down to Sea Dog on a peaceful afternoon. Sat upstairs with great views of the water. Grouper was DELICIOUS and girlfriend had the lobster roll. 10/10!! Server was also awesome.
Stopped by here for lunch after a beach day at Treasure Island. We were seated outdoors on the lower level, which was shaded and had a lot of fans blowing paired with a nice breeze that made it tolerable. There was a section with some toys to entertain kids which was a nice touch! Service was good and it wasn’t super busy when we got there as it was after the lunch rush. Our table ordered a lot of different dishes. We got the bang bang shrimp, which was delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. I got a lobster roll with fries for my entree and it was okay. There was a ton of lettuce on it, which I was not a fan of and the bun split very easily. I ended up just eating the lobster straight off the plate. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I’d go with something else. My girlfriend got the Lobster Alfredo and it was not good. The pasta was super doughy and overcooked. The Alfredo sauce itself didn’t have a lot flavor either. The whole thing was just not good and once again not worth the price. Our niece got butter noodles and they were the same way. Overcooked and tasted like they’d been sitting in water or something. She didn’t eat it. I would skip the pasta entrees. The other item we were disappointed with was the Crab Rangoon dip. It had a fishy tang to it that we weren’t a fan of. Someone in our group got the tacos for taco Tuesday and said they were good. Chicken tenders were also yummy. Overall, we had an okay experience. If we came back, we’d go with different items on the menu for sure.
Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Food is amazing. Portions, price, and quality of seafood are hard to come by, but Sea Dog delivered. The server was very attentive and professional. The atmosphere was great. We ordered a small bowl of clam chowder, the Grouper sandwhich (not pictured), Lobster Mac n' Cheese, Fish n' Chips, and Crab stuffed salmon. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. For dessert we had a chocolate chip cookie skillet, which was also delicious. We ended up ordering a large clam chowder bowl to go. Can't wait to return and try other items on the menu!
