People are so nice! The service is great and our cashier, Ernest, was so nice and talkative to the point that it wasn't annoying, just lively. We had a chat about our respective pets lol. My dad even gave him a handshake.

I had such a great experience with the petco groomers. I will probably spell her name wrong, forgive me, but Sharice was so patient and kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. For context, I recently (1 week ago) adopted my dog from a bad situation. This is my first time being a pet owner and I’m figuring out I don’t know what I’m doing. Back to the point— I came in unsure of how any of this works. Sharice, and everyone I interacted with, were very helpful, but also kind. Like they took pride in their work, and were happy to be there (which feels rare these days.) I learn during my dog’s visit that he has start to become aggressive. I expected to be scolded and made to feel bad for his behaviors but the opposite was true. They made me feel LESS embarrassed and ashamed for this. They were just genuinely kind and compassionate to both me and my dog and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Best part of the story, she still managed to do everything on the checklist, and my dog is smelling good, and probably feeling much better. THANK YOU!!!!

I will never ever take my dogs to get groomed by this pet co (Kimberly) was the one the groomed my dog that woman attitude was disgusting and I see on the previous reviews. She already has a complaint about grooming a dog, and she was the one that told me to get out the store when manager saw that she told me I didn’t have to get out the store and she told Kimberly to go back in the store to stop talking to customers like that and she got upset that her manager told her that I got my refund and they told me to not come back. This place is very disgusting. I won’t ever in my life. Take my dogs ever again sorry not everyone in this place is a bad person. Honestly, the manager outstanding person.

We recently visited Vetko’s vaccination section with our Siberian Husky, Moscow, and it was an absolute delight! The girls who assisted us were incredibly sweet, responsive, and friendly. Even our scaredy-dog wasn’t frightened at all and actually enjoyed the whole experience! Huge thanks, we’ll definitely be coming back. 💛🐾

Not everyone gets lucky enough to find a great match on the first try when switching groomers, but I am so grateful we did! Melissa did an amazing job on my sweet boy, he was not stressed at all when i picked him up and he smells and looks so wonderful. Will happily be bringing him here from now on. The cashier that rang us up was so awesome as well! highly recommend this location.
