(from Google)I’ve been bringing my four-month-old puppy, Sasha, here for the past few months, and I absolutely love the care we receive. From the receptionist to the vet techs to the veterinarians, everyone has been amazing. They are kind, professional, and truly caring. Whether I’m dropping her off or going in with her for an appointment, I always feel like Sasha is in good hands. They take the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable every step of the way. I’m so grateful we found this place. Highly recommend!
They are amazing team they work with you. They are truly there for you in a break it down to you and let you know what is really going on with your pet. They don’t give you a runaround to let you know your price is upfront and what you need to do and what you don’t need to do. I can truly say my experience here was very great 👍🏾 helpful.
First time here. Long wait dropping off and picking up with no apologies or even an “I’ll be right with you.” The receptionist needs to work on customer service and professionalism—her priorities were clearly amiss, as she focused on personal opinions and comparing her parenting style instead of acknowledging the wait or doing her job. I came for my pet’s care, not irrelevant commentary. Professionalism clearly needs work.
I feel privileged; my dog just underwent surgery to remove a tumor, and Dr. Hebraim performed the surgery perfectly. We are always very well taken care of… Congratulations to everyone at the Banfield Hospital ❤️
You get the basic plan when you want to pre plan and schedule your pet’s annual physical . Other than that don’t bother . The staff is always too busy, they load you up on X-rays and labs which drives up your out of pocket $$$ . Last visit the vet said max did not have pneumonia and wanted to do a round of X-rays for a second time . Thanks to veg er in short hills he was properly diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and gallbladder issue . Veg er you saved my pet . Max is older so when a knot in his tail started bleeding , Banfield was too busy they said to even check whether the lump would burst and told me I have to schedule an appointment for another day . Not one Banfield location would take him as the union location called other locations on the area - not one location would take an urgent case . So I googled and I headed to petwell in union and they took him right away . If you want to gamble your dogs well being to trust overworked underpaid not interested Banfield , then don’t bother questioning their diagnosis - and make sure your sick pet can wait for an appointment 😭
