I had a great experience at Petland in Pembroke Pines! Dani was absolutely amazing super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the animals and the customers. The store was clean, welcoming, and the staff was friendly overall, but Dani really stood out. Thank you again for such a great experience!

We recently adopted our mini poodle from Petland Pembroke Pines and had such a wonderful experience. Dani was amazing and took the time to walk us through everything about the puppy and the adoption process. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, which made us feel comfortable and confident. Mya was also incredibly helpful and showed us all the things we needed to purchase to make sure we were fully prepared to welcome our puppy home. The whole team was friendly, caring, and supportive from start to finish. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and couldn’t be happier with our new furry family member!

She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me at all while my family tried to make a decision. Her kindness and love for the dogs really stood out. Everyone meet Wayne 🤠! Our newest and cutest addition to the family. I went in spontaneously and thanks to the help of Lesha I have found my best friend and life companion. My experience adopting at Petland wouldn’t have been the same without her. Would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a pup! 🐶🦴🐾

If I could give zero stars, I would. There are many concerning issues with this company. The manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude. She appeared unprepared to properly handle customer concerns and made my family feel like we didn’t understand what we were talking about. The conditions the dogs are kept in were very troubling. The puppies remain in cages for long periods of time, and the sanitation conditions raised serious concerns. Our puppy became very ill shortly after purchase. She had worms, Giardia, was anemic, and severely underweight. We had to nurse her back to health ourselves. The “medical records” provided were not legitimate veterinary records, but rather a basic Word document with columns. When we raised concerns that the dog was sold to us sick, in violation of Florida Statute 828.29 — they denied responsibility and told us there was nothing they could do. The veterinarian they recommend (located in the same plaza) also raised concerns for us, and we ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere. Customer service was extremely poor, it took nearly a month to receive a response after we reported the issues. By the time they finally responded with a “resolution,” we had already grown attached to the dog. Without a real choice, we were forced to return her. That experience was devastating. I have never cried so much over something like this. This was supposed to be my first dog, my best friend, and instead it turned into heartbreak. They seem more focused on making a sale and pushing additional products than ensuring the health and well-being of the animals. We paid thousands of dollars for a puppy who was clearly unwell. If you are considering getting a puppy, please do thorough research and consider other options. The emotional and financial stress was not worth it.
