Caitlin and Ryan at Oaklawn Petco are AMAZING!! I just got a new puppy and I was a little overwhelmed with the shopping list. They both took the time to help me and answer my questions! They did this all ith a smile! Thanks to them both!

I go here mainly for Hailey to work with my dog on grooming. But while there, I always receive excellent customer service from the rest of the staff. They were the one who introduced me to Native Pet Omega Oil which helps keep my dogs coat beautiful and healthy.

I love every employees at this place.If you have any questions they take the time to answer you and I do not feel rushed like when I go to other stores.Definitely.My number one to go to for my meal worms.And I did purchase two dragons from here and they are doing amazing at home

On Monday, October 13, 2025, we visited Petco on 95th in oak lawn to purchase food for my mom’s cats. We were assisted by Eddie, who informed us about a 20% off promotion and even helped me access the coupon code on the website. Eddie went above and beyond—he also noticed that we had an additional $15 reward that needed to be activated in our account. Since I was having trouble logging in, he kindly called customer support to ensure the reward was activated before it expired at the end of the month. Eddie was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Thank you, Eddie, for making our experience at Petco such a positive one—you’ve definitely kept us as loyal customers! Most of the people here are friendly. But over the months, the care for the fish have gone downhill the saltwater tanks you can barely even see the fish because they don’t clean the glass. The freshwater tanks always have dead fish. But how are you supposed to buy fish when you can’t even see them? It is not that hard to get a scraper and spend five minutes scraping the glass.
