Our pug had a choking episode at home and we rushed to the nearest vet clinic. At first we thought they were still operating as an emergency hospital, but later learned they had changed ownership and now offer extended hours which was honestly such a relief for us that night. We were able to dislodge the treat that got stuck before arriving, but we still wanted our pug to be checked to make sure everything was okay. Because he was bleeding and uncomfortable, the team recommended a full mouth exam, which required sedation. We had been avoiding sedation for our older pug for a long time, so we were very anxious. But looking back, I truly believe we came at the right moment. What started as a scary incident ended up addressing something we had been putting off for a while - his dental issues. The vet was able to remove several infected teeth that were likely causing him discomfort for quite some time. The staff were compassionate, attentive, and showed a real sense of urgency in addressing our concerns. Now that he’s been home for two days and recovering well, we feel such a huge sense of relief knowing those problematic teeth are finally gone. We’re incredibly grateful to the vet and the entire team for taking such good care of our boy during a very stressful moment.

There are truly no words that fully capture how grateful I am for Atlantic Street Pet Hospital and their incredible staff. In December, my sweet baby girl Chloe — my best friend passed away here, and despite one of the most heartbreaking nights of my life, the compassion I was shown is something I will never forget. I remember running out of my house with my husband, no shoes, completely panicked, holding Chloe in my arms. The moment I reached the door, the front desk staff rushed to me without hesitation and gently took her from my arms. In a moment of pure fear and devastation, their urgency, kindness, and care meant everything to me. What stands out even more is the love they showed after that night. A few weeks later, I received a card in the mail, a gesture so thoughtful and deeply human that it still brings tears to my eyes. It reminded me that they didn’t just care for Chloe, they cared for me too. That level of empathy is rare and unforgettable. Losing Chloe shattered my heart, but Atlantic Street Pet Hospital treated us with dignity, warmth, and genuine compassion during an unimaginable time. They never made me feel like just another client. I felt supported, understood, and cared for. I’m happy to say that I will be returning this upcoming Monday with our newest addition, (Puppy) Miles, for his second round of the parvo vaccine and an exam. While nothing can ever replace my Chloe, there is immense comfort in knowing my babies are in such loving and capable hands. Thank you to every single staff member who showed kindness, patience, and humanity when I needed it most. I will never forget what you did for my Chloe and for me.

I took 2 of my cats here to be treated on 2 different occasions, both times we saw Dr. Manpreet Brar. During both of the experiences, our cats received exceptional care! Last fall, my cat Cubby was wounded badly on his inner, upper tail and he required stitches. Dr Brar advised, given the location of the injury, the stitches can my most likely be reopened. To our surprise, they did not! Cubby healed seamlessly! Then in December 2025, my feral adopted cat Beanie was seen for eye & nose drainage and terrible breath and rotting teeth. When she was first examined, she was given a few medications and was dramatically improved within 24 hours! We returned to the clinic a few days later for her much needed dental work and tooth extractions. In summary, ALL of the staff here are knowledgeable, empathetic, and exhibit a true passion for the work that they do. At the time of our visits, we were presented with different treatment/payment options and never felt pressured into making a decision. I am so thankful to have found such an amazing vet! Getting our dog's procedure done at a price we could afford was truly a Christmas present for my husband and I. Their staff is amazing! So kind, professional, and respectful. Other vets we have gone to feel like we are just a number, we definitely didn't feel like just a number here. The doctor truly took his time looking at our dog, and he was so gentle and sweet with him. ❤️ We can't thank them enough!

My sweet babe scratched her eye pretty bad. The awesome staff at Atlantic Street Hospital got me in right away. When no other vet could. All the staff are very nice and friendly. That make your visit with your sick or injured loved one a very pleasant experience. With that being said I will most likely be coming here and here only from now on. Also…. The cost of our visit was extremely reasonable. Everything about this vet hospital is great! Thank you to all the friendly staff!
