She got her grooming there a month ago.They did a great job no complaints from their part. I also use the hotel service. They were very responsible and loving with her. I received texts and videos during her stay from them for me to see she was doing fine. They made me felt confident that she was well cared of.I recommend it a 100%. She is also receiving training from them which have helped her to improve her behavior.at home to be meeker and obedient.She is adorable.

This is well overdue - Have been taking our Rottie to Pet Lovers for almost 2 years. This is our dog’s home away from home. He absolutely loves the staff. Anytime we leave him there, we feel at peace knowing he is being well taken care of and loved. And they do a great job with the grooming as well. This is a one stop shop. I take my adorable Chihuahua Chispy to this facility. She is 18 years young. They treat her well, with care and love. The receptionist is very professional. And the rest of the staff too. I'm very happy with their service.

From the moment I called, they quickly accommodated our needs and provided an appointment that fit our schedule. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and their adherence to my specific expectations. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect, especially in their recommendations for pet fur care for long-haired dogs, including a Keratin treatment. The facility is exceptionally clean, and Zeus came home smelling absolutely delightful. He looked so handsome and majestic! I am incredibly impressed with the service and will definitely be returning for monthly grooming sessions. The groomers here are highly skilled and incredibly pet-friendly. Highly recommend!
