This place is wonderful. I adopted 2 guinea pigs from KGPR and was suggested this place for supplies and they have tons of SAFE treats and toys. Most pet stores don’t sell safe items so yes, this store’s selection is smaller but I can trust it’s safe and affordable. They did a foster for 2 more guinea pigs, Roscoe and Sunshine, who I absolutely fell in love with which lead to me adopting them too. Super happy with this place and this is where I always go for food!! Started taking my dog there as-well and getting here treats.

Im in Calfiornia and they had my dogs favorite toy when noone else had it. I ordered 2 of them but sadly one was only available, it was a giraffe or zebra and he loves the giraffe. They called me, actually called me, to let me know it was not available but that they could refund stuff or send the zebra. I told them to send the zebra and well see if he likes it! He did! I will tell you they were amazing to call me and not rely on just email. I will be ordering from them more often!

We made a dog bath appointment for yesterday after our dane mix got into a drain and we needed something more than our tub to clean her up. When I called to make the appointment, Alex was extremely kind and helpful, even though I was scattered. When we got to the store, we were promptly greeted and shown a small private room for bathing dogs. It had the standard steel, high wall wash tub with a step stool to help the dogs get up. The water and dryer were very easy to use. The facility is not as "fancy" as some other dog washes, but you are in a room with a closed door, instead of an open stall, they give you everything you need, and you get *45* minutes instead of the standard 15-20. You are also not expected to clean everything before you leave, as many dog wash places require. It's s much better deal than any of the other local self-serve dog wash experiences. We're happy to support this business and give it a great rating.

This place was wonderful. The service was phenomenal. I happened on this place by accident, while I was doing business in the area. Large selection of Kong toys, leashes and collars. Also puppy cookies!

In short: Staff is amazing and prices are really great too! They have all natural, high quality food as well as some raw. Even eco friendly collars and harnesses. Great store! I decided to give this place a go, because I prefer the small town, mom and pop, pet shops over big corporations. I am SO glad I did! The reviews that talk about how friendly the staff is, are not exaggerating! I brought my Bengal kitten in today and it was her first time out and about. I needed to fit her in a new harness. Literally every single associate, at one point or another, came over to greet me and went the extra mile to help me out. They brought teasers over to try and help my kitten get used to the harness, and spent extra time helping me fit her. They were all so friendly and caring. I never even had to ask them for help getting litter off the shelf or into my car, they just did it for me! I can't say enough about them. I will not be shopping anywhere else!
