We brought our 1yr old pup for his first grooming, Jennifer made it very easy to communicate through appt scheduling and was extremely welcoming. She answered questions and concerns and made us feel at ease. We felt obi was in good hands. We brought Obi with long hair that was matted from ears to his paws, long nails. We picked him up, which he looked like a whole transformation. Clean cut and looking handsome as ever! We’re definitely coming back!

Took my five month old puppy to Miss Jennifer she did a wonderful job. Look at his picture I had to post it. I will recommend her to anybody else that needs their pet groom. This is his first time going to the grooming, my husband and I usually base him, so now we found a favorite spot to take him. He loves her as well Mr. swag my dogs name.

We did not have a good experience. We booked with them for their boarding services through Rover. They asked if they could also do a deshedding on our girl Atlas, who is a long-haired husky. However, Jennifer took it upon herself to take clippers to her tail, legs, butt, and privates. In addition, Atlas was cut by the clippers near her privates and all her feet were cut with sores when we got her back. When confronted they agreed to a refund that never came. In hindsight, I would have dug further into their reviews on Rover. They actually have some bad reviews that I missed in my initial scan of their profile. With this review, I hope to save another pup from such a negative experience.

Jennifer is truly amazing. I found her Yesterday on Google,called,made appointment for today and I cannot be more pleased. She is a true animal lover and it shows. She’s so gentle and efficient and her prices are outrageously low. She took such good care of my girl. I will show you before and after pictures. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.
