Considering that there aren't many safe places to ride in Asheville, this was good. Be sure to grab a taco and beer at White Duck to celebrate.
I went canoeing with some friends today. The water level was a little lower than I would have liked it. We scraped bottom more than a few times, but the ride was wonderful. We went about 12 miles, including through the Biltmore Estate. The foliage was incredible. I hope to do more of this river.
Clean, green, and easy to traverse! Fun way to spend an hour or two.
This is a beautiful quite place it was my first time going there I'll definitely be back .
