Family Pet Clinic

Moved to the area a month ago, I was able to get all of my pets seen within a few days of calling. Staff was patient and super friendly. The vet is the sweetest and absolutely amazing.

Was just sold expired flea medicine, called them to let them know then got hung up on, so I drove up there to let them know it was expired and my dog didn’t eat it. They told me it was not expired and I would have to buy another overpriced flea medicine. I paid them $1000 to watch my other dog for a few days after her surgery, when I came to pickup my Yorkie she was covered in feces. Basically they left her in a small cage for days and didn’t even help her out to use the bathroom. So $1000 for them to torture my baby. No apologies nothing. They only care about overcharging you and making a ton of money off you. They DO NOT care about your animals. They will respond below my post denying every single allegation just like they do to everyone else and then keep on with their corrupt business practices. Anyone want to join in on a class action lawsuit? Just email me and let’s make this happen.

Great staff here. They’ve done tooth extraction for me, helped with an eye issue, and much more. Also love the dog tv while we wait!

I have been bringing Artemis to Family Prt Clinic for 3 years now. Artemis, out of nowhere one night, started having blood in her urine. I called Family Pet Clinic first thing the next morning. They were able to get her in. They did tests and gave us antibiotics. They always treat my dog like shes their family and they always care for her with the utmost respect and friendliness. For as long as I am in Temple, Family Pet Clinic is where ill go. They treat us like family and I know they care. Thank you team for caring.

The best Vet for all of our fur babies, we have been coming here for about 2 years now and we love them! Compassionate, caring, flexible and friendly staff! Absolutely the best!
