Pet Supermarket

Love this Pet Supermarket! The store is always clean, well stocked, and super easy to shop. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about pets, which makes a big difference. I always find great food, toys, and treats for my dog here. Prices are fair and the vibe is welcoming. Definitely one of the better pet stores in the area!🐶😺

Not really content with the maintenance of the stores self dog wash area lately . They were so much better before. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. If you’re not the first person to arrive when the store opens you’re out of luck because the floor has large dirty puddles of water and it does not make sense to wash your dog and have them step in that dirty water when done being bathed and blow dried. The hooks on the wall that are used to secure your dog are always broken so I always bring mines. At times they can’t even provide you with a FULL bottle of shampoo and I mean I have TWO large dogs. The last time I had asked for more and the guy at the register seemed very annoyed. The vacuums are also very low wattage so it takes a while to really get your dog dry before the next client arrives. Also, that’s even if the blow dryers are working because they won’t. I’ve literally had to go out of the dog wash area and around to the back and bend down and almost crawl under the shower area and re connect the vacuum because when you ask for help they seem annoyed smh. And lastly the last time I was there a client used the dog wash and when she was done, the tub was clogged because the workers can’t even clear the drains so when I checked to make sure if it was safe for me to have one of my dogs step into the tub there were a ton of dead fleas floating on top of the water with hair. Like come on improvements have to be made.

The team in this store is fantastic, specifically the manager Gus! He really does care about the animals, every time I go in there( i'm there at least twice a month) i'm always greeted warmly. It's just a really, really good experience. Its even worth the traffic in that plaza. Lol

If i could give zero stars i would. Their pet food is infested with storage moths and larva. Brought home a bag of cat food, had a storage moth infestation inside which then spread to my dogs food and into my home. I am still battling storage moths to this day and i bought the bag almost 3 weeks ago. Had to throw out most of my pantry items as well because of this. When i went back to the store to get my refund, there were moths flying all around the pet store! I wish i noticed this before bringing a bag of food home. I will never shop here again and I encourage you to buy your pets food elsewhere, as your animals will get sick and a you will have an infestation in your home. If you happen to shop here, LOOK AROUND!!!! Moths EVERYWHERE in the pet food isles and NOTHING is being done about it! Disgusting.

Poorly maintained cages for their birds. One they are way too small for the birds. Cages are completely covered in poop just layers of it. Water bowls have poop inside them. This is completely unacceptable living conditions and it’s just asking for infections and diseases. You should not be allowed to sell pets.
