Jason did an amazing job with our fur baby, Louie! He was thorough, patient and communicated throughout the entire process. Louie’s nails, haircut, teeth brushing, and bath came out perfect! Thank you, Jason! We will definitely be back to see you!

They had our dog for four hours before calling to say all they were able to get done was his bath, no haircut. They didn't even dry him all the way so now his fur is matted. We wash and dry him at home in less than an hour. I have no clue what they were doing the whole time, but they barely discounted the service. We paid them $44 to mat our dog's fur.

We’ve brought our dog here twice and both experiences were awful. Once last year when we first moved here because we loved our experience at a FL location for two years. I called in around the 3.5 hour mark to check in, as it usually takes 3-4 hours. I was told that all they had done was bathe her and attempted a trim but their clippers couldn’t get through her curly fur. When we picked her up she had chunks of fur missing all over her body. Out of necessity, we tried them again this past weekend. They barely trimmed her nails, which I paid extra for, didn’t pluck her ears, and cut off her entire beard, eyebrows, fluffy ears, etc. she honestly looks awful. Big fluffy body and hardly any fur left on her face.

We took our dogs in for grooming. Two of our dogs were fine; however the youngest was traumatized with cuts and razor burn on her face. We looked over the rest of her body and she was raw to the skin with welts. It is pretty obvious she didn't use a shield on the clippers when she did our baby's face. She's still in pain and we're having to rebuild trust. We're appalled this could happen . We've asked for this same cut on our poodles for years . We've never had an experience like this. The entire staff allowed this to happen. We will never go back and we encourage you to think long and hard before leaving your fur babies with these people.
