Puppy Avenue

we purchased our havapoo puppy from puppy avenue on November 11th. We were a bit skeptical at first because of the reviews we read and our puppy was a bit expensive but Doug was there and was able to help us and the lady in the front was helpful as well. We fell in love with our havapoo Sandy and when she came home and had a little cough and some boogers, we took her to the vet and they went ahead and gave her some medicine… We reached out to Puppy Avenue and they sent us a check for the cost of the visit/medicine. They have so many puppies and Doug is also a pastor and travels. Great place!

First impression, terrible. It smells awful when you first walk in. The floors were filthy. The staff member took us to the pen to see a puppy and there was pee on the floor. She then sits down and goes on her phone, doesn’t even bother cleaning it. We were not allowed to walk around and view the puppies. We had to ask for each one to be brought out to us one by one. They wanted $2500 for a 6 month old chihuahua. Crazy. Look at the reviews! It definitely reflects our experience today. We walked out so fast.

We had a terrible experience with Puppy Avenue. While the staff was friendly, they failed to inform us that the puppy we purchased had Parvo. Just three days after bringing our puppy home, he developed severe symptoms, including bloody stool and extreme lethargy. Two different veterinarians confirmed the diagnosis of Parvo, yet the owner dismissed it as a “false positive” and insisted the puppy was fine. Even if it were a false positive, wouldn’t a responsible breeder treat the puppy as a precaution? We incurred thousands of dollars in vet bills to save our new pup’s life, but Puppy Avenue refused to assist with any of the costs. Their only offer was a refund or a replacement puppy, which does nothing to address the emotional and financial toll we endured.

I was dissapointed we were not allowed to see all the puppies in the back. There were no puppies in the window either. You could request which one you wanted to see though. Everything was very clean and smelled good. My mom fell in love! Buttercup is so smart, healthy and simply adorable! She just got her last puppy shots at the vet with a clean bill of health. Groomers have declared her the sweetest baby ever 😍 No issues. Great experience 👍

We purchased a Golden Retriever from Avenue Puppy about a year ago. She is the absolute best dog. She is so sweet and the best addition to our family. She makes us want 10 more! We had an amazing experience at the store and never felt pressured. We will definitely be purchasing our next puppy from Avenue Puppy!
