The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel - Red Bank

Best daycare ever! Sunshine LOVES it here so much! Every time I say the word daycare, she gets super happy! The staff are so caring and friendly! They know her by name! They are supportive of Sunshine through her struggles with anxiety. I never worry that she's not receiving the very best care. What a blessing the Ark is to my family!

We were spending a few days in Chattanooga and were bringing our dog, Daisy. We wanted to explore the city and do some hiking, but were worried about the places that aren’t pet-friendly because we didn’t want to leave her alone in her crate at the Airbnb. Since we came from out of town, we weren't familiar with any places. We found The Ark through an online search, and let me tell you, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. Daisy even got a report card that described her day and mentioned the friends she made. This was adorable! They gave us peace of mind and the comfort that our baby was in good hands and having a blast while we were exploring town. Thank you for being awesome!

Taylor and all the employees are wonderful. They made me feel as comfortable as they could leaving my little girl. When I picked her up she was bathed and was happy. I feel like they took his care of her and apparently she was well behaved. (Unlike most times at home) lol. We'll comfortable trust them the next time we have to go out of town.

I’m new in town and my older dog is recovering from illness. The Ark team was compassionate and efficient and made our first visit a positive experience. We’ve already made our appointment for a return visit. THANKS!

Ranger and Zeus thoroughly enjoyed their day at the Arc in Red Bank. They came home happy and tired after playing. Also, the Arc staff were knowledgeable about the services they offer and made me feel comfortable boarding my dogs next weekend. My dogs are energetic and I like that they will be playing with other dogs during their stay.
