Dogtopia of San Antonio - Stone Oak

We love Dogtopia Stone Oak. All the staff here are amazing and our pup has such a great time. He runs in full of excitement and wants to say bye to all the staff before we go home at night. They are great at communicating with us and clearly love and care for the dogs. I can’t recommend them enough!

**UPDATE** since the incident, my dog had to have surgery on both back legs. Management told us the injury was due to my puppy jumping against a door and landing wrong. However, the surgeon explained an injury of this severity is due to blunt force trauma and is not consistent with the story management gave us 😡 Beware of this location. My 5 month old puppy got injured on their watch, and their response has been underwhelming and negligent. I got a phone call the day of the accident, they told me he jumped really high and injured himself when he landed. I took him to the ER then the vet. My dog fractured both of his back legs. He has splints and is unable to walk for 8 weeks. The vet tells me the injuries are not consistent with landing from a fall. Maybe he hit himself with something on the way down. Dogtopia is refusing to let me see the video footage. They said their regional manager was on it, would watch the footage and call me back. That was 8 days ago. I have called back multiple times and still no response. What are they hiding? Why are they avoiding me? What’s on the footage? What happened to my dog? Do not take your pets here.

Dogtopia is an absolute blessing to have. My dogs Creed and Rocky regularly attend day care, and absolutely love it. The staff has always been kind to both my fiancé and myself, and I can't think of anyone better to trust your dogs with. Worth every penny and more.

Dogtopia of San Antonio - Stone Oak on Sonterra facility is welcoming and near home. They offer daycare, grooming, bathing, and boarding. The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love the fur babies who feel the same about them. Our 2 dogs love, love, love going to daycare at Dogtopia and we love that they are provided healthy treats, physical activities and artistic expression. I have recommended Dogtopia of San Antonio - Stone Oak on Sonterra to several friends. I even signed up my brother's dog for when they visit from Ft Worth. I know you and your fur babies will love them too.

Dogtopia Stone Oak has gone ABOVE & BEYOND for our pups. Marc was there from the beginning to make sure that I knew exactly what to expect from their daycare services and was always in contact with us throughout the process of their meet and greet. I’m so grateful to have found an amazing community of people that truly care about your pet. I’ve definitely struggled leaving my dogs anywhere because I’m a paranoid dog mom but not only do they have cameras so I can see my pups playing during the day but Russell is always there at pick up to greet us and tell us how great the pups did! I come in with the reassurance that my pups are in great hands and leave with two very tired but VERY happy pups. They love it so much that we bought 2x weekly pass for them to go play any day of the week! I highly recommend Dogtopia Stone oak to anyone.
