Furry Friends Retreat

I have been bringing my dogs here for over a year now. The staff is very nice and a my dogs always come out looking great. Their prices are not bad either, which is a plus.

I've been taking my dog here for years it's been owned by a few owners over time and without fail they have all been amazing, they have amazing customer service, and most importantly they do amazing work, are so kind, and so wonderful to the animals. My dog goes in there without worry, and is happy when he goes in and is happy when he comes out. I travel over half an hour to get there, and it's worth the drive i recommend them to everyone I know. By far the best groomers, and it's hard to find such an amazing place.

This place is the best! Meghan and her staff take such good care of our pups while they’re here. They have a pool and sprinklers for them to play in before they get baths and always come home happy. Definitely recommend!

Miguel is great!!! Tried so many places to get my doodle groomed and didn’t feel heard by any of them, constantly picking up a shaved down dog. I know her hair type is tricky but felt I was getting cheated by a lack of effort. Miguel returned her to me super cute AND with hair! This will 100% be our new permanent groomer!

I had my dog groomed yesterday at this pet salon. I dropped him off at 9:30 am. He is a 13lb. Teddy Bear breed (white) and at 11ish I received a call that he was ready. I was super happy he was done so quickly as the last groomer took 7 hours (that’s a whole other thing). I picked him up, he seemed happy. I brought him home and inspected him. I felt like the job was not good enough. It didn’t seem as though he was bathed (being a white dog, I’m acutely aware of how white he gets after a bath); his paw pads were not done, his genitalia area was not cut short enough, I asked for his beard and ears to be kept long (I did say just trim them a 1/4”) they were not really touched at all. So we gave him a bath this morning and I decided to call the salon and express my concerns. They offered to rectify the situation immediately and said bring him in now. We did. Mile took care of him this time. She said she needed about an hour. I am so so very happy I decided to call and allow them a second chance. Normally, I would just chalk it up to lesson learned and never go back. But, as we know pet grooming is expensive and I’m tired of paying for something and then not saying anything when I am not satisfied. Anyway, Mile did an awesome job. Baci looks fantastic. All issues were addressed. I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to others in the future. I’d like to say thank you to the salon for their professional way of handling our situation.
