UrbanWagz - Pet Grooming, Boarding and Training

DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN AUSSIE. LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO MY BABY after asking for him to be deshedded. Took off WAY more than the undercoat. The pictures speak for itself. Im absolutely heart broken I brought my dog in here. Absolutely 0 accountability that they did this to my dog, was told it will grow back. The refund I got was not enough for how long this is going to take to regrow, if it ever does grow back the same. I'm appalled that they are even in business.

UrbanWagz is literally the BEST groomer in Tampa! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ms. Amy is serious about making sure your dog looks and feels amazing. The customer service is unmatched, Ashleigh is a gem! The environment is always very clean (oddly void of odor though there are animals there), and if you forget your harness they have a full display of pet products for sale. They do great work here, have excellent communication, and the pricing is very reasonable. They even text to make sure they are doing exactly what you’ve requested for your fur baby. My dogs always get complimented, especially my baby Audacity who only gets the best haircuts from Amy at UrbanWagz 10/10!

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found Urban Wagz. I’ve taken my Pomeranian, Meeko, to what feels like every groomer in Tampa. So many woofgang locations, the mobile groomers etc. All of which charge me an arm and a leg for doing almost nothing or just shaving him completely and giving him back to me. I told management I was looking for a special scissor cut (the boot cut) and I was paired up with Amy. Amy was not only just simply delightful but she’s evidently so talented at what she does. Giving my dog THE best fur cut on his whole life. She was kind, attentive, gentle with my baby and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I drove an hour to this location and it was SO worth the trip! As an overprotective and caring dog momma, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

UrbanWagz is a downtown Tampa gem! We’re there weekly and they always exceed expectations in every way. A breeze to make appointments and the owner, Ashley, is so kind and wonderful. Ollie always leaves happy and looks/smells amazing. Thank you!!

UrbanWagz had my old sweet girl looking absolutely perfect after her appointment 😍 We even purchased a toy at pick up 💕 Everything was a breeze from booking to pick up. It’s been a very long time since she’s been professionally groomed but we will be back soon for sure! Thank you for taking care of my anxious Ryder! Her cut is perfect and exactly how I like it 😍
