First of all I want to mention Robin, she has been so helpful each time we’ve been here, she is clearly a dog lover and just an all around lovely person! This place is awesome!!! The salt water pool and surrounding areas are clean and the outdoor area is super convenient for quick potty breaks. There is a basket of toys for the pups to choose from and they have the best time!!

We took our two dogs there for the initial orientation and will bring them back for more fun. Our golden is often timid when swimming in the river, and lacks some confidence. However, swimming in the pool and controlled environment seemed very, very good to boost his confidence and presence in the water. And our Himalayan Sheepdog is a natural and swims like an otter. They played well together. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They explain things clearly and what amenities are offered. I wish they will build one of these facilities in Cache Valley.

DogMode has been an absolute gift. I brought my Australian Shepherd Joey here to swim while he was battling lymphoma, and the experience meant more to us than I can put into words. The pool became both physical therapy and mental therapy for him—he absolutely loved the water, and seeing him so happy and relaxed during such a hard time was priceless. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and accommodating every single visit. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Their swimming pool is truly top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, supportive place for their dog to swim. Thank you, DogMode, for giving my boy joy when he needed it most.

As longtime customers of DogMode, we've had many positive experiences. So impressed with Evan, who helped us with a swim session for our two dogs. Our chocolate lab, Emmitt loves to swim, but is fearful of jumping off the side or the dock. Having had a lab previously who sailed off the dock, we know what fun he may be missing. Using patience, treats, and toys, Evan worked to help him overcome this fear. Emmitt made so much progress in one swim date and jumped off the side a number of times. Evan even sent us home with a list of tips for future practice.

My dog absolutely LOVES coming here and seeing his friends! We have used them for day care as well as boarding. The livestream is super convenient and helps me stay sane when I’m traveling. The staff is kind and understanding. I have no hesitation recommending DogMode to anyone. There are a few reasons I want to deduct a star, but they aren’t good enough reasons to find a new facility. Due to scheduling requirements I am sometimes forced to drop off/pick up my dog a day earlier or later. I totally get why this happens, but I still wish there was a way to drop off and pick up later at night. I also wish we got text updates or pictures while boarding. I get a verbal report upon pickup, but I would love to get one daily! The pros definitely outweigh the cons and I consider myself lucky to have found a spot where I can leave my dog and know that he is safe, active, and being loved. We haven’t used any of the amenities but there are a ton.
