Great place! Customer service is on point. Visited recently after buying a lovebird a couple of years ago. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, the owner treated me well. Her service is awesome, and she is kind and respectful.

Awful condition of birds and hamsters crammed in tiny cages. A pair of parakeets was sold to my father with scaly face and leg mites with overgrown breaks. Plastic perches (horrible for feet), no room to move and not a single toy. These animals are not only tortured but sick.

The owners are very kind! I get my doggie fleas pills. Grooming now every day. Nice guys!
