This in a housing community, and is not fenced in. It is still a nice place to walk around but you cannot let dogs off leash here.

It is not dog park. It is private picnic area for Southbay townhomes residents to use only.

Has not improved, no better than a regular lawn. The only positive point is it has dog bags available.
