The staff is very friendly. My Morkiepoo had not been groomed in four months which unlike his monthly grooming caused his hair to Mat. We knew his hair would have to be cut short. When we got him back we noticed some red areas near and on his genitals. He was constantly licking his paws and the genital area. We Noticed he was cut and hoped it would heal however we are going on day 7 and it’s not getting better.(see photos). We will give it another few days and if it doesn’t get better we will take him to the vet. We feel so bad that he has to go through this. I know we are partially the blame for missing multiple grooming appointments as we had a lot going on. The bottom line is the grooming company must take the care as professional groomers to ensure our pets don’t go through things like this.

My baby looked rich when he walked out of there. They did such an amazing job. I use to bring my other dog before he passed and they were good to him too. I recommend this place for sure. Before and After pic

Horrific Experience – My Dog Was Injured Here I would never recommend this grooming business to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s well-being. I brought my dog in for a simple grooming, and she came out with multiple cuts all over her private area. She was in visible pain, struggling to urinate, and crying — and as a pet owner, it was heartbreaking to watch. What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. The woman I spoke with was dismissive, nonchalant, and completely lacking empathy. There was no apology, no sense of accountability, no offer of a refund, and no attempt to make the situation right. It was as if my dog’s suffering didn’t matter to them at all. This place demonstrated not only poor grooming skills but also a disturbing lack of compassion for animals. Pets are family, and no animal should ever be treated this carelessly. Please think twice before trusting them with your furry loved one.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Worst place ever! Ruined my baby’s Christmas photos. I took him here on Sunday morning, they asked what type of cut do we want. Showed them a picture they called back and said they weren’t able to cut him like the picture but they can keep his face cute. I told them that’s fine. When I receive my baby he was shaved all the way down and it was not an even cut. I called them and asked if they would be able to give a refund or at least a partial refund and they said no it was not their fault. I will tell everybody not to come here unless you don’t care and just want your dog shaved completely with patches. Also I don’t know what kind of products they use because he doesn’t smell good at all, and they don’t check shot records and didn’t ask for pet information. What a complete waste of $75 and there is no way he can take his pictures with Santa now! I’m begging you please go somewhere else!

Took my toy Australian shepherd here this morning! They did a wonderful job. She's a very nervous little thing so she takes a minute (or more) to warm up to people. I was relieved when I returned to find her calm and at ease. I knew then she had been treated well and that she was quite happy. We will definitely be returning!
