PETCLUB MX Suc Playas (Hotel/Estetica Canina)

I've been leaving my dog ​​here for a while now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service. It's always been super easy to schedule appointments with them; they're very flexible and attentive. Something I love is that they also take care of her vaccinations when she needs them; I just schedule it in advance, and they help me with everything. Another thing I really appreciate is that they always bathe my dog ​​before she leaves the club, so she comes back clean, happy, and tired from playing so much. I love that she gets to socialize with dogs of all sizes and that you can really see her having fun throughout the day. My favorite part, without a doubt, is the end-of-day reports with photos and details about how she behaved. She always looks HAPPY in the photos, and that gives me so much peace of mind. Plus, the reports are super detailed, and you can tell they really know each dog well. I've had experience not only at the Playas location but also at other locations, and they've always treated me incredibly well at every single one. The service has been consistently excellent, which has given me a lot of confidence to leave her there whenever I leave town. I also love that the staff genuinely seem to care about the dogs; you can feel the affection and patience with which they treat them. For me, that makes all the difference. I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience! We left our two dogs at Petclub for two weeks while we were traveling, and we had complete confidence in them. They are super professional, keeping us updated on their food and sending us videos of how much fun they had each day. My dogs even learned so much and didn't want to go back! Highly recommended!
