(from Google)It's very pretty, very short boardwalk and playground for little ones like toddlers. I have a 6 and 11 year old and they finished the boardwalk in 5 minutes.
This is a small, quiet, out of the way park with a playground, swings. There's a picnic table. The nature trail is a short boardwalk that takes you into a cypress swamp. Out at the end it's easy to imagine no houses around. Quiet, green, and peaceful. There are no restrooms. Plastic bags are provided for dogs. This is not a dedicated dog park though so bring your leash.
The park is very small. The boardwalk is beautiful but very short, maybe 100 yards long at most. We did enjoy the short walk though.
There is a play area for kids and its not trails.its a pier you walk out on into a swampy area but it looks cool. Its says no dogs but then they had dog poop bags near the sign??¿¿¿
Wore hiking boots, looking forward to a 2-mile hike. Turns out that even though the park is 2 miles, the boardwalk is only, maybe, 50 ft. Almost entirely cypress swamp. The playground at the front is next to the parking lot, which can accommodate, maybe, 4 vehicles without them being blocked in. Now I understand how I never noticed the park is there. A classic example of "blink and you'll miss it."
