I had an outstanding experience with our groomer! Their service was exceptional, and they showed great consideration and flexibility in accommodating my schedule. Most importantly, they treated my dog with the utmost care, which is of paramount importance to me. They were not only responsible but also worked in a timely manner. The grooming they provided for my Cavapoo was immaculate and truly professional. The groomer's attentiveness and willingness to answer all my questions were highly appreciated. It's clear that they genuinely care about pets and ensure their owners' peace of mind. This groomer is simply amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results!
Terrible Experience with my Toy Poddle gromming!! Asked for a “Bear face” cut. The worst ugliest cut he’s ever got!! Wishing for him to have nice fotos for Christmas!! Not going to happen!! So sad! Never going back!
Cool concept os All-in-one, they attend the owner and the pet in the same area (sort of speak). Good products and the employees are really empathic and ready to serve. But as a professional that works with animals, I will NEVER leave any of my animals in their pet hotel service. The kennels in the front are for show: the a/c, if any, doesn't work correctly (this is important when you have a dog in a cave-like-kennel in the lower right side receiving direct sunlight through a glass); the acrylics and the walls of the kennels were dirty; and that were just a few of the cringey things I saw. In conclusion: as a pet store and grooming, excellent; as a pet hotel, NO WAY JOSÉ!
If you have a Golden doodle or any dog with curly hair, please do not take them here unless you want their natural hair to be altered and damaged. While the staff is somewhat attentive, I’m not sure they know how to groom different textures of hair. I even noticed a chunk of hair not being trimmed on my dog’s tail and when I inquired about it, they left me on read. Price is fair, but will add up quickly.
