(from Google)I went there for the first time yesterday and the person I spoke to was super helpful. We explained the situation that we took in a ball python and we wanted to switch her to more appropriate feeder. The employee helped us select an appropriate size and warned us that she may be super interested or refuse it. Everyone was friendly, I will always come back here for my feeders.
3 stars cause the staff was very nice however their information on the pets care can possibly be wrong. I was given the wrong stuff for my baby bearded dragon They said you can use coconut fiber but that is bad for them and also gave me halogen dome heat red light (knowing I had a heat set up for him) and told me it was uvb for him which it ended up making his eyes puffy and made the basking stone to hot for him to touch after returning the coconut fiber amd horrible heat dome i was infact able to do an easy exchange for the stuff I actually need for my baby beardie. Again great staff that work hard but need to be better informed on correct care.
Definitely recommend this place! We went to look around, and I ended up leaving with a forever wanted boa! I’m in love. Plus 2 dwarf hamsters for our kids! The staff was AMAZING!, very knowledgeable, and the animals were greatly cared for! Will be going back soon to get my husbands lizard! Thanks again for a great experience, and one beautiful snake!! Packing of snake and hamsters was also superb!
Omg strongly recommend this place! Just stopped by there not expecting what the store really was. Employees were amazing with helping me find what I needed and about any questions, they know their reptiles well I think. In the end I got a red tail boa and a red bearded dragon for my father in law. Also packaging was amazing for both animals.
I've visited the store several times since getting my snake, and I’ve had decent experiences every time. All the employees I’ve met have been super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Yes, there’s a strong smell typical of a small pet store, but that’s just part of the experience. The only downside is that the store isn't wheelchair accessible, but I'm confident they would do their best to accommodate anyone who needs assistance. Overall, it's a great place to shop for pet supplies!
