Hailey was recommended to a rescue group for my foster poodle. The poodle was a stray and matted, she was in rough shape. Hailey took such good care of her and I appreciate how gentle she was with foster girl. Hailey communicated punctually and professionally. She discussed every detail about how I wanted foster girl groomed and her recommendations. Foster girl was beautiful afterwards. Thank you so much! My boyfriend and I took our golden doodle and Hailey did amazing with him! We immediately booked an appointment for our aussie. You can really tell she truly cares about your pet. He was matted so we went pretty short on his coat. However, without us asking she told us she was going to save his ears, face, and tail so he would still look super cute!! I really appreciated this because she didn’t have to, and many others wouldn’t. He looked so cute!! He was super happy and energetic when we went to pick him up, I can tell she made him super comfortable the whole experience. I am so happy we found her, we will definitely be repeat customers!!

This was the best experience my dog and I have ever had with a groomer. Hailey was amazing and very comforting to my puppy. She smelled and looked amazing! Hailey will be the only one I go to from now on, 10/10!

Hailey did an amazing job with Simba! She was super friendly and gentle, and even sent adorable photos after his bath. Simba is usually shy, but he immediately warmed up to her. His coat came out shiny, he smells great, and we felt he was truly loved and cared for. Highly recommend! Thank you, Hailey! We'll definitely be back.

I honestly don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere else. I live in Austin and was visiting my parents when I needed a last-minute groom for my dog. Hailey was able to fit me in with just a day’s notice, which I really appreciated! This was my first time booking with her, and I’ve been to many groomers before. I have a Shih Tzu-Miniature Poodle mix with coarse, unique-textured hair, and most places don’t know what to do with her — she usually ends up with a bowl cut and looks like Edna from The Incredibles (not in a cute way). She also was able to take walk-in nail trim with my labrador retriever and that was super quick and easy. Hailey was wonderful and so patient. I’m truly grateful to have found her. She clearly cares about what she does and puts real thought into each cut. Highly recommend! Attaching our before and after!!!
