Staff fought among each other trying to figure out how to open the new petco card unsuccessfully I ended up doing it on my own cell phone getting embarrassed hearing demeaning staff comments about my low credit!!! We do have excellent EXCELLENT credit by the way. Staff was more obsessed with who is going to take her break first and being vocal and unprofessional and forgot to give me my 20% new account opening bonus.!!!

Awesome place to buy almost all your pet needs. Amaan was very helpful and friendly during my visit. Thank you again Amaan. You're the best.

This place was disgusting and heartbreaking. The guinea pigs and hamsters are living in their own filth and it looks like nobody has cleaned their cages in months. The fish tanks were covered in grime. I would never take my pet here it was just sad

Every time I visit Petco, I am met with smiling faces and employees willing to help me with my pet care needs. When I took my dog to get groomed for the first time, Dani was kind and patient with him. My dog looked great and did not show any signs of anxiety or distress. I will recommend Petco to others.
