Sent my dog home with bloat then the receptionist argued with me the next morning about how I couldn't bring my dog in until her 1140 appointment. Rude and dismissive. Would not agree to send a copy of bloodwork results. I had to bring my sick baby all the way back to your office. She was in agony for more than 24 hours before I could get her put to sleep. It was too late for surgery. No one there gave a single damn about my girl but you made sure to add those extra charges. You should all be ashamed. I know you're not, but you should be.

The doctors and staff are the best. They really take the well being of your pets seriously and truly care.

Our dog had a yeast infection in his ears, and we didn’t realize it at first. We called this vet first thing in the morning and got a same-day appointment. I forgot his records, but the receptionist was so kind and let me email them instead. The veterinarian was amazing — he treated my dog’s ears, healed a small wound, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. Everyone there was caring and professional. We brought our other dog today, and my husband was just as happy with the visit. We highly recommend this veterinary office and will definitely come back!

McPhail and their staff have always been amazing to my fur babies!! Everyone there is so kind,caring and Very compassionate. They truly seem like they are there for the well-being of the animals. They are in it, for what all pet owners hope their vet would be in it for! They operate very simply, which, i personally find so humbling! You don't get that in today's times. You won't be given a brand new i pad here to register your pet, you'll instead get a neighborly staff happy to assist. Ive called at the last minute with my indoor/outdoor cat a couple times with apparently cat fight puncture wounds! They've taken me asap and always got my bad kitty feeling fiskey again in no time!! If you've lived in mauldin for a long time, or just moved to the area, I highly recommend giving them a try! From a true animal lover, my fur babies ARE, my babies, I trust them 1000%

What an awesome experience! Great visit. Absolutely loved it. Didn't try to overcharge. Kind with my brand new 3 pound Shih Tzu puppy. Who came to us in not the best shape. It felt like the Vet I grew up with back home. So thankful for wonderful staff and support.
