(from Google)Lots of field for sports/activities. 2 separate playground structures, one for older kids and one for younger. Plenty of parking and a working restroom. Nice park.
A very nice and quiet park with a lot of features for kids. The playground is large and spacious for the kids to run around and we love that there is a retaining wall for parents to sit as well as lots of rocks for kids to climb around on. Features include • Toddler and big kid playgrounds with rock climbing feature and lots of rocks to play on (our kids favorite part) • 1/3 mile walking path • Splash pad • Gazebo and picnic table • Two full size basketball courts with lighting • Soccer fields • Creek and bridge • Bathrooms
It's such a cool park. The equipment is great, has not only a double but ALSO a triple slide. Has a littles side AND a bigs side. The splash zone puts out a lot of water and spray, My grandson had a blast. But its held back by the graffiti and "campers" that leave their trash everywhere. Other then that I do recommend!
This place is a little hidden gem. It has a basketball court, playground, gazebo, small creek, large track and plenty of grass. It's been one of my spots for a while. Mon, June 14th, 2021 edit: The Park was recently cleaned up and the bushes have been cut back entirely. Not nearly as many vagrants anymore. Well patrolled by MPD.
Gorgeous park with excellent walking/running path that's about 1/3 mile. Easy to get to but very dark at night. There are lights the entire perimeter of the path but they didn't turn on as it got dark, so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was well maintained, great playground area, bathroom and water fountain, plus basketball courts. Also at a dead end street with great views of the mountains.
