(from Google)The back side of North Mountain and Shaw Butte. It's in a neighborhood and I occasionally see bunnies. Loads of parking and the trail connects to the park next door. No bathrooms.
Awesome sorry hike to Cloud 9 ruins. Full moon easy to walk down in dark. I still have my flashlight though
One of my favorite trail loops in the valley. It's rather moderate and lengthy, considering. I always recommend going clockwise from the south entry point. Please make sure you stop at the old Cloud 9 restaurant site.
Took a mini hike early after dropping the kids off at school and the weather was just perfect for it! There are so many different trails to chose from once you get into the mountain. Quick access to any of the many summers too!
Great place my husband goes here a lot with his friend to crawl with his RC car. I went this last time and it was nice. They have a hiking trail, and a wash. Pretty clean from the looks of it. Very beautiful for hikes and pictures!
