Great caring shelter! We adopted our wonderful Milo there and can't thank them enough for rescuing him. He's the sweetest, most loving dog we've ever had!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning and when I tell you this staff is AMAZING I am not exaggerating. Although they don't normally take walk ins they saw how worried and in distress my daughter and I were about our pomeranian Twinkie and the doctor agreed to see her if we were willing to wait. The entire staff was super accommodating, professional and empathetic. Dr. Blum is excellent; he listens, is gentle and very knowledgable. The cost for check ups and procedures is very reasonable. This is our new Vet Clinic hands down!

I have been a customer for 5 years. Every single appointment, vaccination schedule and licensing done through here. Unfortunately over the years they cannot retain a reputable veterinarian. They schedule fly by night vets who come once maybe twice a week. This creates an environment that you can’t get descent emergency visits when you need them or refills for life saving medications until your vet decides to make her presence. I’m done here. I’ll pay a little more to get a reliable vet that cares about your animal.

Sad to say, we recently lost the love of our life. Our Ruby girl! Last year. My husband was looking for another dog. Waffles picture appeared and we decided to go and look. This was the first time to this shelter, it was the puppy bowl. We were so impress on the organization with all the workers. Everywhere we were in this Shelter was clean and no horrible shelter odor. Everyone had a role. Everyone knew their role. They had a huge selection to pick from and all the dogs looked healthy and clean. The cages were clean and outside was clean. We had a handler who attended to us and she knew her role. The vet came out after we purchase Waffles and she gave us a briefing on what we needed to do for her and told us what had already been done for her. It was a good experience all around. Our little baby Waffles has helped us get over the grief we had for our Ruby girl. Waffles is beautiful and was well cared for. I recommend this shelter highly to whom ever wants to have a beautiful fur baby in their life. Thank you Cape Coral. You made our day! God Bless

I would leave 100 stars if I could. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Steve provided a wonderful explanation of the adoption process. We saw many dogs and settled on Deku who warmed our hearts 🥰🐕‍🦺❤️ We had a pleasant meet and greet on Saturday. He was initially a bit shy, but he quickly became comfortable with us. We didn't take him on Saturday but made an appointment for Noon on Sunday to bring him home. He took to our home immediately and we are so happy to give him his forever home.
