Really?Like this petco, even though it's about a twenty minute drive from where I live. For starters, they actually have windows up by the cash register. It is a larger store than the one in cool springs. So they have a lot more stock. I went in to buy a specific brand of catnip Meowijuanna that my cat loves. My local store in cool springs doesn't carry it. Unfortunately theres been a package redesign. I had trouble finding the specific flavor I usually buy. I thought it was out of stock and picked an alternative. As I was finishing my shopping, an employee named Kieran came up to me with the correct item. He had gone through more than 50 tubes to find the one I was looking for. Really appreciated his help in going above and beyond. The option I had picked in the same brand my cat would not have liked nearly as much...

My dog, Kinney, has gone here for grooming for several years now and the staff is so kind and they do a great job. When we went today, Kinney caught her claw on the crate and cracked her nail a little bit. They treated it and called me right away and even offered to pay for her to go to the vet if I wanted to have it checked out. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and it instilled my trust in them.

We had the best experience at this petco location. Tofu was such a huge help! He helped us in the store get organized with what we needed as well as talking us through the steps to setting it up. We had lots of questions and he was so patient with us and made it feel so simple. I can not compliment him enough, he made this experience fun and helped us feel confident about caring for our fish. This is our tank on the day of set up so it still needs time for the bubbles to settle.

My daughter saved all of her birthday money for an African Dwarf Frog. She had researched everything and went in on a mission and a list of what she wanted. Tofu was absolutely amazing! They didn’t have the tank she wanted but he helped her find one very similar and price matched it. Then he walked her through each step of how to setup and care for her tank and even showed her photos of his own to help give suggestions. He listened to her, helped sort through what was/wasn’t needed to help save her money, got her all setup with the Startup discount and then gave her a timeline for setup and introducing her frog. Would definitely recommend visiting Tofu and we will definitely be back!

These people are awesome. I took my lab there for grooming, and he came out so happy, fluffy, and clean! We were looking for a treat, and he found a duck.. he proceeded to not drop it, and it was going Quack! Quack! And we were laughing hysterically. The employee got the cardboard off, and the plastic off. All while my lab was happily wagging his tail. Thanks ya'll!
