I absolutely LOVE THEM. Whenever I walk in everyone is so genuinely happy to see me and my pup! They identify him by name every single time without fail. The only one that loves them more than me is my dog who doesn't even usually like people. They just all seem to have the magic touch when it comes to him. I have never been comfortable leaving my dog alone, but with them I know he's in good hands. I can't say enough about how much I love them and the work they do, they make my dog look red carpet ready each and every time

South Shore Pet Grooming did an amazing job with my Shih Tzu, Ace! Tori was the groomer and provided excellent care and attention to detail. Ace looked fantastic, smelled great, and was so happy afterward. Highly recommend South Shore Pet Grooming for anyone looking for quality, caring service!

They did a great job on our pug, his trim looked great and he was in a great mood afterwards! They also got us in quickly when we called. Will definitely be using their services in the future!

Pro: Close to our house and professional Con: We were disappointed with the level of care provided during our first visit and will not be returning. My wife brought our two dogs in for grooming and provided clear instructions regarding their haircuts, which were not followed. More concerning, one of our dogs sustained a clip injury to the left front axilla. He was limping afterward and yelped when picked up. This injury was not disclosed to us at the time of pickup. We had to take home to the vet and had to have three staples placed to close the wound. Given the poor quality of service and the price charged, we do not feel the care provided was acceptable or reflective of the cost. Update (2 weeks later): We reached out to the owner of Southshore Pet Grooming to discuss an incident involving our dog, Luke. To their credit, they responded promptly and conducted a thorough investigation of the matter. They acknowledged that the situation was mishandled by a technician, specifically regarding the failure to inform us of our dog’s injury. After we provided the invoice for our veterinary bill, they not only reimbursed us for the medical costs but also refunded the original grooming fee. Also, they informed us that the tech who injured Luke was fired. Their willingness to take responsibility and make things right has significantly improved an otherwise difficult experience. Our dog Luke is recovering well and will have the three staples removed in five days. Unfortunately, due to the unpleasant memories associated with the incident, we have decided not to return as customers. However, we sincerely wish Southshore Pet Grooming nothing but the best in the future.

Southshore is wonderful! It’s family owned, and all the staff are wonderful. No need to worry about which person is assigned to my dog for the appointment! It’s nice to be able to call the groomer and have an employee answer the phone immediately (the little things….) my dog always looks great !!!
