The taproom is stunning but welcoming and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. The beers are a treat with something for everyone. Love love love their dunkel but the new Tmave was a fun change of pace. Oh, and El Jefe is great too! Haven’t ever had one here that wasn’t enjoyable.

The Saison (Anniversary Release) on tap here in the fall of 2025 may be one of the best beers I’ve had anywhere in the world. This place takes the craft of brewing beer seriously. The flavors and textures of their Czech style products set a high bar. I hope they continue to invest in farmhouse styles, because I was blown away by this particular Saison. Also, the service is friendly and atmosphere is cozy

Something wonderfully out of the ordinary. The wild sours flight were wonderfully different. It took my palette a while to adjust but the different sour flavors emerged. The Czech half dark lager was excellent. The imperial bout damn time was the best of the six tastes. Nice way to spend a beautiful afternoon in Boulder.

Every time we come here it’s a fantastic experience. The beers are delicious, the dog-friendly patio is spacious, and their new food truck with Detroit-style pizza is incredible. It gets busy during the week with all the offices around but after a hike on a Sunday, you can have the entire patio to yourself. It’s amazing.

Great experience, service, atmosphere and beer! 3 sours which were all fantastic, and 2 lagers at the time of my visit, but they also have a huge list of 4 noses beers since this is an offshoot, so there's something for everyone. To-go beer options available. No food, but you can order something or bring something in. Beer geeks and amateurs will all feel at home here. Highly recommended!
