Airline Park

Covered play area, decent for small and younger kiddos. It gets pretty muddy when it rains, but the sidewalks can help a lot to avoid those areas. Otherwise there’s plenty of places to run around, climb trees, swing on swings, and have fun.

Airline Park is a great spot for my daughter to play, and we’ve enjoyed coming here as a family. One of the best features is the large canopy over the playground, which keeps the equipment shaded and makes a huge difference on hot days. It’s nice knowing she can run around without the slides and swings getting too hot. The park also has a basketball court, which is great for older kids or anyone looking to shoot some hoops. There are a few picnic tables with shade, making it a good spot for a quick snack or a small gathering. The water fountains are a nice touch, especially since it gets pretty warm. However, the one big downside is that there’s no bathroom, which can be inconvenient if you’re planning to stay for a while. Overall, it’s a clean, well-maintained park that’s perfect for kids to play and get some energy out. We love having a spot like this nearby, but just be prepared if you need restroom access!

Airline park is a very clean and kid-friendly park. There's swing, a basketball court, picnic table, and a working water fountain as well. It also has a large tree good for shade.

I appreciated that this park was trying. Unlike many parks in Corpus this one has a working water fountain, well kept walking paths, and landscaping. I liked the large shade trees, shade structures. Simple swings, and spring riding animal. Simple park, yet my kids thought it was amazing to follow a cricket around.
