What was supposed to be a routine grooming day for my dog turned into a distressing and traumatic experience. On November 06,2025 I brought my dog, [Zara], to the PetSmart Grooming salon . They called me to inform me that there had been an “incident.” I was shocked to find that my dog had sustained a serious injury, with a large portion of skin missing and bone visible. Despite my obvious concern, staff were unable to explain how this happened or provide me with a written incident report. The only explanation offered was that my dog “got caught by a blade.” they took her to the veterinary inside there store for treatment. Which they wanted me to approve over the phone, but I refused to do it until I actually seen in person. What happened to my fur baby . This was negligence And it should never had happened. Please be careful taking your babies to Petsmart. I will be reaching out to corporate. I also asked him if they had to review their cameras and they said the only way they will release anything will be by the request Of a lawyer. This level of injury does not align with normal grooming risk. It suggests serious negligence or improper handling of grooming equipment.

Took our dog for a grooming. Hair cut was OK but she got FLEAS!! She came back after the grooming and was scratching like crazy. We thought it was just left over hair. The next morning after her grooming, we saw fleas on her. When we washed her at home, the water was completely brown and dirty. Not sure what they did to her.

If given the choice, I wouldn't even give it a star! My employees don't have cars, which makes it inconvenient to purchase.Let me help buy fish because their children love small fish very much.The fish in the fish tank at home died.But ironically, the salesperson asked the manager and the manager said he couldn't sell it to me.Because this is for children Oh my god, this is ridiculous I will cancel the membership I won't come again

Katie took my dog in at 1pm. at 3:10 p she just got him to cut his hair. I paid for deluxe haircut and nail trim. He was done at 340p and they charged me a 10.00 matting fee for “time”. I could of done a better job. I have been coming here for years, super sad.
