Mallory Pub

Let me start by saying the manager does not know how to manage or don’t know what’s going on. He has a menu that’s says “happy hour “ with NO DAY OR TIME . When I asked him about it , his response was normally people would know when our happy hour is . SMH I was new there so I thought he would be more understanding about how “nothing” was listed. Instead of him accommodating me he proceeded to snatch the menus off the table as if I pissed him off. It’s very unprofessional there. I would never recommend NO ONE TO GO THERE. The fact that you responded like that , tells a lot about your communication skills with customers. “Accommodation” does not mean free! I have no problem with paying that was “never” the issue. There was nothing polite about our conversation. You showed frustration & you did not listen to understand you just listened to response. Yes I will keep my promise and will not return & I will pass this conversation on . You stay bleased .

They have really cool events happening, the night we went they had a DJ who was spinning the jams. We like the atmosphere it’s a true neighborhood pub. Didn’t notice the outdoor patio in the back until after left. Drinks are priced well and staff is really nice and friendly.

My first time to Mallory's Pub was this past February, my second time was yesterday, Thursday, August 21, 2025. Both times were for the Quiet Reading Club Meetup, presented by Book Haven Books. Nigel always makes sure the customers are well taken care of, and the bartenders and servers are top notch, too.

I love this pub! Truly a neighborhood spot full of down to earth, genuine and friendly people. The manager takes great care of me and is always checking in to make sure I am happy. The best nights are karaoke nights, which are very fun and always lively. The food and drinks are good and the bartenders are very welcoming. Highly recommend this gem. Lisa.

I had the displeasure of attending Mallory pub as a photographer for an event. It was raining and there began to leak HEAVILY inside the building. Management quickly went towards everything except very expensive camera gear that was sitting below all the leaking on the table. This is a Photographers worst nightmare that your gear is wet . The Management, Nigel did not think to grab the gear or rather everything else around it, they let water fall over my camera equipment as a guest. The bartender managed to ask me if I was OK way before the Management did and he was even kind enough to provide me some rice however, Management did absolutely nothing and said it was the first time that it happened rather than helping Very poor service I do not recommend this bar nor will I be returning I appreciate the bartender for trying to remedy the situation, but at the end of the day this establishment has a very poor infrastructure and so I warn you to not sit near the window on a rainy day
