met Dr. Baird and her wonderful staff a little over a week ago to go over my OFA results. The information that I received was so helpful. Dr. Baird spent so much time explaining everything to me. She and her staff genuinely care about the well-being of your animal. We went back today to have my pups muscle measurements done, and I have to say everybody was just as nice, friendly, and helpful as they were the first time thank y'all for being so kind

The Country Oaks team very obviously genuinely cares. Cedric had some pretty extensive tumor removal (over 5 pounds of tumors), and he is doing GREAT!

Everyone knows Wheeler when we walk through the door. That means so much! All the animals seem to love the staff and I believe that animals instinctively know a person's character. The team genuinely cares, takes the time to talk with you as a pet parent, and makes sure you feel confident and comfortable with the plan for your pet.

We've been taking our pets here for years and have had nothing but great experiences. But they really went above and beyond when we needed usda certificates to travel overseas with our pets. They did tons of research leading up to the appointments and followed the progress closely through the usda. We will be forever grateful to this team for pulling it together for us.
