Jen was an absolute gem to deal with. We were coming in from Canada with our 6 month old Doberman pup and she made sure she had our raw order in waiting for us when we arrived into Naples. Jen was really easy to communicate with and very informative about the different options we had. Goodness for Pets – A Must-Visit for Pet Lovers I have two Pomeranians, and I honestly can’t believe how much their behavior and overall well-being have improved since switching to the food and supplements recommended by Goodness for Pets. Sharon and Jen are amazing — super positive, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They guide you through every ingredient and know their entire product line inside and out. It really makes you think: if we care so much about what we eat, why wouldn’t we do the same for our little pets? This place is an absolute gem for anyone who truly wants the best for their furry companions.

Four years ago, I walked in this pet store when searching out a raw diet brand for my then 10 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Sharon greeted me, was really welcoming and knowledgeable about the different brands of raw dog food she carried. Since then - I am back to the store every weekend with my now 14 year old Chessie for her weekly menu. Customer service is awesome! Sharon can't be any nicer to us. I always have a great experience every time shopping here and I never miss a chance to recommend Sharon's store to others. UPDATE: Since my initial post, my 14 year old Chesapeake Bay Retreiver, Cocoa, succumbed to cancer. Before she “walked across the bridge” I took her to the place where she showed so much spirit and had the opportunity to spend time with Sharon and team. Sharon always found the time to come from behind the counter to present Cocoa with a small treat. This visit was no different except that Cocoa had no desire to eat anything but a chicken chip. Despite Cocoa’s failing health, she sprung to life when Sharon presented the treat. I’m certainly going to miss my weekend visits but I know Sharon will treat every customer the same as she did Cocoa.
