Arrived with a dog that ingested dark chocolate. I walked in the door and they saw us immediately. They induced vomiting and did a complete exam. They said let’s watch her for a while and they drew blood and gave her an IV. Two hours later the vet came for me and she did a great job explaining what I should be looking for at home with my dog. Other than the bill (which they told me about before treatment estimate) it was a great experience. The people were without exception friendly and empathetic. Thank you! You saved our dog.

My visit was an emergency visit to further determine the cause of my beloved Ralphie, a 14 year old corgi level of a deceased spleen. The high level of support and compassion exceeded my expectations. They’re honest and straightforward. I highly recommend this facility.

Our vet recommended we see the specialist as an emergency because of some concerning blood work results. We were so grateful for the patience and kindness we received from Laurie, who took the time to explain everything, from fasting our dog to what to expect. She even asked for medical records to have them ready for the doctor and created a profile beforehand. Once we arrived, the team was just as kind and helpful. Our best friend (dog) felt very comfortable with them, and they were thorough in explaining what was happening or what might be happening. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience; it really helped us during a moment when my anxiety was overwhelming. Our sweet girl is doing much better 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Absolutely fantastic facility and staff. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk, Amy, to the technician Sara, and Dr. Tucker was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my dog who was having internal bleeding. In addition to getting my sweet dog better, I am so thankful they're open 24 hours 7 days a week . While I was there I saw a female staff member come outside and pick up a huge Golden Retriever who had a violent seizure before getting in the door. I feel their staff was very caring, detailed and professional.

Very welcoming. Dr. Parra preformed an abdominal ultra sound on my Doberman for heart arrhythmia's. He was very professional, we could tell that he was highly skilled in critical care issues. Dr. took the time after the procedure to explain everything in a lengthy sit down question and answer session. Don't hesitate to take your pet here. They do not gouge you with pricing either. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you to the entire staff.
