This was my first time bringing my dog to Nautilus for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Adri was so welcoming and clearly experienced in pet grooming. She handled my dog with such gentleness and patience, which put both me and my pup at ease. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, and I love that they operate by appointment, making the visit stress-free. You can also tell they use high-quality products, which is so important for my dog’s coat and skin.
