The staff was fantastic. They are so good with the pets. They explained to me what they were going to do and the results. I would recommend that place to anybody who has an emergency. Lucky is starting to feel better. Thank you for your help.

I was so incredibly impressed by my experience with UrgentVet Gastonia, from start to finish. When I called in the morning, the customer service was fantastic and they made an appointment for me in the afternoon. I was faced with having to make an incredibly difficult decision and I was blown away by the compassion, empathy and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Luke Devlin was so thoughtful as he explained my options, allowed me to consider the implications, and gave me the space and academy to choose what was best for my sweet girl and her quality of life. I had to make a heartbreaking choice and he very artfully held space for my distress and grief with a balance of understanding and support. Jordan, the veterinary assistant, was gentle, detail oriented, and incredibly kind. She was very moved by the situation and cried with me as we said goodbye. I don’t know how this team does what they do everyday. I’m so glad they were with me as my precious Cleo walked over the Rainbow Bridge. I cannot recommend a better place to take your beloved pet.

We just an adopted a shelter kitten and within 12 hours realized he had severe bowl issues. The staff and doctor at UrgentVet were great. Got us in quickly. Collected information. Gave us a breakdown both medically and financially before helping our little guy. Our veterinarian had to deliver a hard diagnosis but did it kindly. Would certainly recommend.

Unfortunately, my visit involved saying goodbye to my furbaby. Everyone was so caring and understanding. Dr Luke helped me with understanding that I was doing the right thing. My baby’s nurse..I think her name was Bailey and if I’m wrong I’m so sorry…but she was so kind and so loving. She carried him like a little baby. There was no judgement as I laid in the floor sobbing beside of my baby. Nothing but kindness and understanding. I truly thank them for their kindness and love on one of the worst days of my life.

The Doctor was nice and friendly. She was easy to talk to and understand. Everyone was so nice. They were easy with Sally and treated her with care. I would go there again with Sally if I have another emergency. This is a good place to take your pets.
