They were very friendly and seem to do a good job but it seems impossible to get anyone to return a call but they do return text messages. My fur baby was bitten by another dog and had to get staples because she wouldn't sit still for stitches. Her situres swelled a little. I was able to send in pictures for the vet to look at instead of paying more for a doctor's visit My other fur baby isn't good with strangers but they took their time and allowed my husband to help. They did not push other products or procedures on us either.

Always a good experience going to see Dr. Wagner. Full of healthy suggestions and genuinely cares.This time was for allergy season as we’ve been outside so much! Rosetta’s left eye got super red and was oozing. Clearly an infection that, thanks to proper antibiotics and eye drops, cleared up in less than 2 days. True relief!

Highly recommend this vet practice. Their entire team is knowledgeable and helpful. I am an overprotective dog and cat mom, so my standards may seem a bit high to some, but my pets are my children. I have been very impressed from the initial phone call to schedule my initial exam and eventually, surgical procedures. The vets are so great with the animals. Very gentle and empathetic as my cat is scared of everyone and everything. They handled her with care, concern, and came prepared into the room with yummy lickable treats to help her through the stress of just an average exam. Great staff that care for your babies and are extremely fair in their costs.

Dr Wagner is absolutely incredible! We loved our visit today to see her with snickers! She was very informative and checked every box for the doctor we were looking for to keep our Snickers healthy! She was very thorough with our baby! She is absolutely wonderful. We can’t wait to see her again in three weeks. Thank you so much for turning our visit to your veterinarian office around. They even walked us out to the car it was lovely! Thank you so much again! We will refer and be back!

I have three dogs who go to tender paws regularly for checkups and any other issues that come up. I absolutely adore my dogs, and I'm so grateful for the amazing care they get here. Amy and Billy always go above and beyond~ there kind and patient and truly care about each pet like their own. I couldnt ask for better Vets or better service.highly recommend Tender Paws to anyone who wants the best for their pets.
