Dr. Ridge is great! We have been very happy with SAH. The veterinaries and their support to include the front office and their technicians are always nice and helpful in caring for our family’s pet!

We appreciated the time the doctor spent with our pet. She was very gentle and talked to our 10 year old dog in a very calming voice which made our dog calm down. We feel like our issues were heard and are currently being resolved. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a new vet.

My prior vet was too far from my residence and the drive was not a pleasant experience for my cat. In searching for another veterinarian after several searches. The reviews of the professionalism, detail to care and friendly customer service.I can say my experience was just that! I am grateful for their knowledge and commitment to providing top tier care and explanation of any questions or concerns for my pets wellbeing. My pets care is important to me. I am grateful to have found that exact same mentality and commitment from the Veterinarian and staff at Southside Animal Hospital. My first appointment was handled by DVM Brown.
