Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Carol Stream

First time bringing my pup Cleo (Bichon) and his groomer Kelly did a fantastic job! Usually he comes out looking crazy and has to settle into his cut, but it was perfect! He had the actual Bichon look which I have not gotten from the his previous groomers. Super happy and will definitely bring him back! So happy to finally find a groomer I really like! Thank you Kelly!

Kelly did a great job taking care of my Clover. She finally got the groom she deserved. She looks absolutely adorable! Kelly took care of her and got her looking in tip top shape. It’s not easy to find a groomer that can give her a good cut and how we want it. (This is the first time in many years, trying many locations and groomers) we will definitely be coming back and booking with Kelly. (Before and after picture)

Our Pomeranian/Maltese mix got groomed here for the first time. She was a mess 😂 First of all. ADORABLE shop! So many options for treats, food, and other goodies. Our pup was a bit scared and barked a bit when we arrived. That didn’t bother the staff. They were loving and friendly to our little 11 pound pup. The service for grooming took about 1.5 hours and that’s because our pup was very excited. Our groomer was Kristine and she did a fantastic job with our pup. We showed her old pictures on how we wanted the dog groomed and she matched it perfectly. For our dogs good behavior, we bought her a pup cannoli and she loved it! We will definitely be back! 5/5!

BEWARE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS GROOMER!! I have a 5 year old very behaved husky. REN Hueng was the groomer and after specifically being told “do not cut his fur” she completely shaved (and a complete hack job might I add) his undercarriage!! Not only that but he’s still very wet, has soap residue in multiple areas and for paying for a bath and deshedding treatment is losing handfuls of hair and I’m able to take large clumps of hair off. (If you know huskies, you know) this service with tip was $127 and that was with a first time deal. That is by far the most I’ve ever paid in 15+ years of owning huskies. When I asked why they shaved him I was told “that’s part of a standard grooming service” they clearly do not know or understand coat types for different breeds. This type of poor service is what causes vet bills. Not to mention he is clearly distraught. Do NOT take your pets here!!

This store is absolutely the cutest – it was so hard to walk out without taking the whole store with me! I got a peanut butter birthday cake for my dog, and he absolutely loved it, not even leaving a single Crumb behind!! The girl working the front was so sweet and showed me all of the cool different items that Woof Gang has to offer. Everything is such high-quality at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back. If you have a fur baby that you love to spoil, then this is the perfect place!!
