Action Pack - Round Rock

We brought our dog Koda here while vacationing in Austin. We were more than pleased with the visit. He had a great time. I would absolutely use this daycare if visiting Austin and would not hestitate to recommend!

I’m sharing this important feedback so other pet parents can make fully informed decisions. I have boarded my dog at this facility more than five times, and until now I trusted the care being provided. During my most recent stay, I learned that dogs were being fed at 8:30 AM, noon, and 3:30 PM, with no later evening meal. This results in a 17–18 hour gap between the last feeding of the day and breakfast the next morning, which raised concerns for me. Because of this, I chose to close my account and raised the issue directly with staff. When management was brought in via phone, it was stated that dogs are now fed at “430-5:00 PM” **However, the seasoned employees I spoke with appeared genuinely surprised by this and shared that they have previously requested later evening feedings and had been advocating internally for schedule changes.** All dogs on the four days my dog stayed there were fed at 3:30pm at the latest and the pet parents were not aware. For me, the issue was not only the feeding schedule itself, but the lack of clear communication and consistency. This timing was never disclosed proactively, despite the website referencing “evening feeding,” and I had to specifically ask to understand the routine. I believe transparency around daily care schedules is essential, particularly for dogs prone to nausea or stomach upset with long fasting periods. My hope is that this feedback encourages clearer communication and thoughtful consideration of later evening feedings for the wellbeing of the dogs in their care.

I love Action Pack Round Rock! The staff is not only friendly, but they give me great information about my dogs when I ask questions. They are really knowledgeable, and you don't really get that at many other places. Every time I take my dogs for daycare, they are trying to break out of the car as soon as we make the last turn to the resort. They always come home happy and healthy, and one of my dogs has actually gotten down to a better weight and no longer overweight. I got a tour, and it was really refreshing to see all of their security measures and focus on the safety of the pets. They do such a remarkable job here. I'm going to refer my friends because they have a great referral program. I, and my dogs, love this place! See you soon!

I recently took my furry friend to Action Pack-Round Rock when I was traveling with my dog, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The boarding facilities are top-notch, offering cozy and spacious accommodations that had my pup wagging his tail in excitement. During daycare, he had an absolute blast playing with new friends and enjoying the beautiful, well-maintained play areas. It's clear the team genuinely cares for the animals and knows how to keep them happy and engaged. As if that wasn’t enough, the grooming service at Action Pack is phenomenal! My dog came back looking and smelling better than ever. They truly went above and beyond to pamper him, and his glossy coat is proof of their exceptional work. Overall, Action Pack exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family, look no further! I can’t recommend them enough for boarding, daycare, and grooming...they’re simply the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Action Pack! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made both me and Rosy feel right at home, and it was clear they genuinely love what they do. Rosy went in for grooming, and they took such great care of her. The groomers were patient, gentle, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. When I picked her up, she looked amazing—clean, well-groomed, and most importantly, happy! It’s so refreshing to find a place where the staff truly cares about the pets they work with. I highly recommend Action Pack to anyone looking for top-notch pet care with a personal touch.
