We love this place and our animals are treated like family 🩷 And it’s always nice to see our favorite desk kitty!

In January 2025 I had a pet emergency. I had just recently moved to Pensacola and didn’t have an established vet. NBAH was the closest to me so I called, thinking it would probably take days to get in. I explained that I had a kitten who pooped and her insides didn’t all stay inside. They said to bring her immediately. They took amazing care of her that day. It happened again a week later so they had to operate but were absolutely amazing. NBAH staff have been so amazing with all of my babies. They call the day after a visit to check on everybody. They’re so quick to get everyone in as quickly as possible. I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else! Nemo LOVES Emily and Brooke!!

This was my first visit to the clinic, as I needed to take my newfound kitten in to get her tail looked at. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Brooke was so sweet to my little girl as she took her vitals and Dr. Matthews was very informative on what was to happen to her tail and how I should care for it before surgery. When it came time for surgery, Matt, took the time to explain each plan for me, so that I could opt for what felt best. Dr. Russell did an amazing job on my little girl's tail and I am appreciative of the detailed instructions given for aftercare. Impressed with the level of care provided for my Nypsie!

On Friday December 26 I had a very sick pup. Our regular vet was closed due to the holiday and I was in a panic. I put in nearby veterinary hospital and Navy Blvd came up. Being they opened in 1/2 hr I waited instead of going to ER VET. They were absolutely wonderful people. Everyone was kind and helpful from the girl on the phone who did not hesitate to get my boy in to be seen to the vet tech to Dr. Savannah Matthews. Very thorough and explained everything to us as they went. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of The Squeak 💙🐾

We first tried Navy Blvd Animal Hospital after being frustrated for years from not being able to ease our German Shepherd's ear issues with our vet at that time. Dr. Russell quickly diagnosed and treated Max. We were hooked! The level of care and concern that we have been shown throughout these past years for our babies has been beyond.
