Willow Haven K9 Retreat

The best, most wonderful home away from home for 55# Raven (my black lab mix). Never a worry when Raven is at Willow Haven. The roomy, comfy kennels, the toys, the care, the outside area is fantastic along with Heather, of course. There is simply no better place to leave your family member while you are away. Heather is extraordinary with animals and Raven loves it there.

What can I say, Heather is amazing! This was our boys first time at a kennel and away from us since we got him a month ago. She welcomed him as her own, playtime was generous, and he had no accidents or seperation anxiety when we dropped him off. Heather is definitely a dog person, and the way Jax warmed up to her is nothing short of amazing, he knew he was safe and in great hands! If anyone needs someone that will care for your dog, the same as you do, this lady is the best! Pictures, and updates daily, multiple times, and nothing generic like "here is your dog", "he's fine", but very detailed, and caring! Thank you again Heather for your kindness to Jax and to us! You have a customer for life!!

We have been using Willow Haven for longer than I can remember (12+ years at least). Heather has provided great care for all of our ‘kids’. There is nobody better & our dogs love going there.

So glad we were recommended Heather at Willow Haven. She’s amazing, and the only place we trust to take care of our retired racing greyhound when we’re out of town. Only problem is our dog has so much fun that she doesn’t want to come home. Willow Haven’s facilities are clean and safe. Also pricing can’t be beat.

My greyhound Ruth loves it here! It is truly like a vacation for her to come to Willow Haven- we book stays a few times a year. All of the kennels have generous space and bedding provided and the outdoor area is huge and fenced in for zoomies! Heather takes amazing care of her boarders as if they were her own pets. We love getting photo updates throughout Ruth’s time here. I also love getting to see Ruth’s exact kennel she’ll be staying in when I drop her off (and also saying hi to the other dogs!!). Schedule your stay well in advance if you know you will need boarding during holidays! Willow Haven is the best and gets 5,000 stars from us!
